Which Ovenly size is right for me?+
Go by how many people you usually cook for: 10L for 1–2 people, 18L for 3–4, and 25L for 5 or more. If you bake big batches or cook for guests often, size up.
Who makes Ovenly?+
Viva Home Appliances, an Indian manufacturer. Every Ovenly is designed and built in our own facility in India, so the company that makes it is the one that supports it.
Are Ovenly ovens BIS certified?+
Yes. Viva Home Appliances was the first manufacturer in India to receive BIS certification for electric ovens.
What does the replacement warranty cover?+
Every Ovenly appliance carries a 2-year replacement warranty. It applies only in case of a technical failure: if the product stops working because of a technical fault within 2 years of purchase, we replace it. Physical damage (dents, cracks, breakage, drops or misuse) is not covered under the replacement warranty. Claims are handled directly by us, so keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
How do I get service or spare parts?+
Contact our service team through the support page or the number printed on your product. Spare parts come from our own factory, so they are genuine Ovenly parts.
Where can I buy Ovenly safely?+
On ovenly.co.in and through our authorised retail and online partners. Products bought elsewhere may not carry a valid warranty.
