Return and Replacement Policy

 

At www.ovenly.co.in, every purchase is backed by either a 7-day return policy or a 7-day replacement policy, depending on the product category. Specifically, all Electric Appliances fall under the 7-day replacement policy. Please review the policy applicable to your desired product before making a purchase. If you wish to initiate a return, you can do so conveniently from the "My Orders" section on the website.

 

Conditions for the 7-Day Return Policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be returned undamaged, with the original packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product at the warehouse.

 

Conditions for the 7-Day Replacement Policy:

  • Eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Keep the item in its original condition, including an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
  • We may contact you to assess the damage or defect before processing a refund or replacement.
  • Damages due to usage are not covered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product at the warehouse.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  • Damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Incidental damage due to product malfunction.
  • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories.
  • Products returned in a condition different from how they were received.

 

Refund Process Duration:

The refund process may take 3-5 days once the parcel is returned. We refund the amount to the same payment mode used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds, we issue a refund to the payment mode specified when raising the return request.

 

Broken Items:

If an item arrives broken, please email us at info@ovenly.co.in within 7 days, providing your order number, name, and a clear picture of the damaged item. We will replace the item at our cost.

 

Defective Items:

For items with manufacturing defects, email us at info@ovenly.co.in within 7 days, including your order number, name, details of the defect, and a clear picture. We will arrange collection for quality assessment and replace the item at our cost.
