Cancellation Before Shipment:
If your order or the item(s) you wish to cancel has not yet been shipped, kindly reach out to our customer support team at info@ovenly.co.in or call us at +91 xx-xxx-xx between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. In such instances, your order will be promptly canceled, and the refund process initiated within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed.
Cancellation Post Shipment:
Please be aware that we do not entertain cancellation requests for orders that have already been dispatched.
Cancellation Charges:
There are no cancellation charges if your order has not left our warehouse. However, if the order has already been shipped, regrettably, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, actual shipping charges imposed by the courier company will be deducted from the refund amount.
Eligibility of Products for Cancellation:

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders:
In the event of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request. For transactions conducted through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 hours. Please note that it may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
